About Joseph Kofi Arhin II

Hello, and welcome to NextStep Africa.

I’m Joseph Kofi Arhin II, a public health student, healthcare professional, digital content creator, and Co-Founder and Program Coordinator of Career Launchpad Liberia.

I created NextStep Africa with a simple mission: to help African students, young professionals, researchers, and healthcare practitioners discover life-changing opportunities that are often difficult to find.

Throughout my academic and professional journey, I realized that many talented people miss scholarships, fellowships, internships, conferences, and career opportunities simply because they never hear about them in time. NextStep Africa was built to bridge that gap by making credible, verified opportunities more accessible to everyone.

My Background

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Public Health (Epidemiology) with a minor in Environmental Science at the African Methodist Episcopal University (AMEU) in Monrovia, Liberia.

Before beginning my undergraduate studies, I earned a Diploma in Health Assistance, where I graduated as Salutatorian. My passion for healthcare, education, and community development continues to shape the work I do today.

Why I Started NextStep Africa

The idea behind NextStep Africa grew from a simple observation.

My goal is to make NextStep Africa a trusted publication where readers can discover verified opportunities and practical career resources in one place.
